Information we collect

When you join the SAASYL waitlist, we collect the email address you choose to provide. We may also receive limited technical information that is ordinarily processed when you visit a website, such as device, browser, network or request information, where our service providers make that information available for security, delivery or operational purposes.

How we use your information

We use your email address to:

• administer and maintain the SAASYL waitlist;
• send product updates and launch news;
• share offers and other marketing communications related to SAASYL; and
• operate, protect and improve our pre-launch website and communications.

Service providers

We may share personal information with service providers that support our website hosting, email delivery, workflow automation, analytics and data storage. These providers process information on our behalf to perform services for SAASYL. We identify specific providers below where relevant and may update this policy as our pre-launch technology and vendor arrangements evolve.

Analytics and Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4, an analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use our pre-launch website. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies and pseudonymous identifiers to measure visits, sessions, pages viewed, traffic sources, device and browser information, approximate location and interactions with the website.

We measure successful waitlist signups as a conversion event in Google Analytics. We do not send names, email addresses or other direct identifiers submitted through the waitlist to Google Analytics.

Google Analytics may set a cookie named _ga, which can remain on your device for up to two years unless you delete it or your browser limits its duration. You can limit, block or delete cookies through your browser settings. You may also prevent Google Analytics from measuring your visits by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Data retention

We retain waitlist information for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the waitlist, communicate with you, prepare for launch, comply with applicable obligations and resolve disputes. We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer reasonably needed for those purposes.

Your choices and requests

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@saasyl.com. We may need to verify your request before completing it, and certain requests may be subject to applicable legal exceptions.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in an email or by contacting us. Unsubscribing stops future marketing messages, although we may retain limited information necessary to honor your preference or meet legal obligations.

No sale of personal information

SAASYL does not sell personal information collected through the pre-launch waitlist or navigation data collected through website analytics.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as SAASYL launches, our services change or applicable requirements evolve. When we make changes, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through other appropriate means.
